We are locally based in Windsor, Ontario, specializing in the Service and Repair of all of your timepieces and jewellery. We offer expert services, custom jewellery design options as well as repairs of all watches & clocks old or new with the state-of-art equipment at our brick-and-mortar store.

From antique pocket watches and clocks to modern mechanical timepieces and complications of all sorts- we have them all. OUR STORY

The owner, Vraige Fossian, from an early age was always fascinated with taking things apart and seeing how they work. His interest in watches and clocks set the groundwork for a developing a career in the field. He received his training working alongside different watchmakers and jewellers learning the skills of the trade from the experts.

 In 2002, he attended the watch repair program at the NAWCC School of Horology in Pennsylvania. In 2005, he opened On Time Watch and Jewellery, a small repair shop which over the years has grown to become a full service shop offering many services from watch batteries to complete overhauls to fine watches and custom jewellery work.  His passion for these ticking timepieces and all things shiny ensures his commitment to giving you the best service possible.
